[udf-dlm-develop] Solved: problem for HENA with UDF DLM and new PIDF/VIDF

Hi,
Thanks to Ed for figuring out the problem with the new PIDF files. Yes the
tbl_app_flag and tlb_app_oper values were indeed switched in Unit 7 and 8 in
IMHIMCPH, IMHIMCPL, IMHIH, IMHIHE, IMHICNO virtual instruments. I changed
them to match the notes in the VIDF and the newest version of the DLM works
with the newest VIDF/PIDF. I found that before I fixed them I also couldn't
get the ADump program to output those units.

Chris, could you please make that change in the official version of the
PIDFS for HENA.
