According to Chris it will be possible in the preliminary data (i.e. the
data put on anonymous ftp by Rick Burley shortly after DSN download) do
have not only data gaps, but also other time defects. Only the data
distributed on DVD are supposedly guaranteed to have been cleaned up.

My gues is that we will mostly see time gaps in both cases, just more
severe in the preliminary data. As long as we can handle that, we should
be fine.
