yes, it is. You can reconfigure the mouse buttons using the configuration file options WinMenuButton, DragButtons and ResizeButtons in order to change the mouse button behaviour on windows. See http://udeproject.sourceforge.net/Documentation/node13.html for details about the configuration. Be aware, however, that it is not evident to a user which button does which before actually trying it and changing the mouse buttons might become confusing if different users in your environment use different settings or you use different settings on different PCs.
