#3 Can not add binding template for access point without tModel

When trying to add binding template for access point
uddiBrowser wants
1-Access Point Test
2-Access Point URL Type
3-tModel Key.

The problem is that tModel is not mandatory when adding
binding template but uddiBrowser wants it. I need to
add binding template without tModel but it is not
possible now.

I am unable to create business service entity using uddi browser and xmethods registry. Any ideas?
