#1 Query error
Hi,
I just installed NOMAD on my Linux box.(finally..)
There seems to be a problem with my image/SVG+xml
plug-ins. However the Red Hat Linux 8.0 mozilla
browser, should be able to show scatterplots and
histograms. Where do I go from here.
Another more essential problem to solve is when I make
queries I get the following message
SOFTWARE ERROR
Unmatched ) in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/Ratio Of
Medians \(635/532) <-- HERE / at
/var/www/html/NOMAD/nomad-cgi/results.pl line 621.
I made a test annotation file with the UNIQUE ID
coloumn and nothing else just to test NOMAD. I have
checked that my browser allows cookies. Do you have any
suggestions on this issue?
