#9 Function + Click = Some Key Combination

I could really use a uControl option such that I could hold down the
'Function' key and click my silly ONE button Apple mouse to
emulate a 'Command' + '[' -- this would effectively create a back
button for Safari.

uControl is the only program I've seen that recognized the
'Function' key as a modifier. If you could hack the above, I'd be
quite grateful. Or, if you have a suggestion for another program
that might be able to do this, I'd appreciate that.

I second this idea, but I'd also like fn-click to be
mappable to the right mouse button. This'd be another way
of getting a second mouse button, and it doesn't need
another modifier key that could be needed for other reasons.
