#4 Scroll wheel emulation not compatible with wacom pads

The scroll wheel emulation is a great function and is
something I have been looking for for a long time since
using OSX. I am still in OS X.2.8, so I can't use the latest
release of ucontrol- so this issue may already have been
fixed. If not though, it would be great if it were possible to
use the scroll wheel emulation with a wacom pen.

Wacom tablets are absolute pointing devices (generating
absolute pointer events) so the existing scroll emulation
won't work with them.

Supporting absolute events isn't a bad idea, but its not a
bug. Moving to Feature Request.
