#15 Swap cmd-shft-N & cmd-N to restore orig behavior

Until OS X, cmd-N ALWAYS equalled "new folder".
Really, new keystrokes should've been the keys that
were "shifted". That is, leave the original keys where
they were, and have the additional key functions, need
additional key, i.e. cmd-N = new folder, and
cmd-shift-N = new finder window. I'd love to see this
in the Jaguar version.
