[Ucip-devel] uc/IP tcp/ip library and echotest

Hi,
uc/IP TCP/IP library has a echotest application used to test the tcp/ip
stack. This application requires packet32.h and packet.dll library for build
purpose. 

What is packet.dll library for ? Is the packet.dll library actually used to
talk to the ethernet device driver. I am talking in case of Windows.
