#6 Redesign on initial page

The layout should be something like this:

Login [heading]

Username [input]
Password [input]
Create new Account [button]

Connections [heading]
GameServer [input] {default to current main server}
{Proxy options}

And have the program options, fullscreen, height and width, on the config tab. Also, fullscreen NEEDS to be a checkbox.

And a cursor would be nice!
