#1 The Dirs are all Empty

It looks like all of the files are not intact.
The total files size is 13kb for the zip file.
When extracted, the file contains 3 files and 12 directoris. Each directory is empty.

I have downloaded this on two dif machines and unzipped them with two dif apps, both results are the same.

Please advise as to where I can get a fresh dowload.
