Hi,
I just updated the repository with 45.7.1 presently. It was at 45.7.0 prior. Please let me know if you still don't get the latest thunderbird release from the repository at this point.

Also, you can delete the second repo in your list,

deb http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/ubuntuzilla/apt all main

That's an old one from some years ago when ubuntuzilla was a script to download stuff from mozilla, rather than a repository with mozilla packages. :)
