Purpose

Purpose:

The main purpose of this project is to allow a person who just switched to Ubuntu from Windows to get started without having to spend weeks or months figuring out what is missing, doing research to figure out what they need, obtaining all required software and then where necessary editing some files to make it work properly by doing all of the work for the person.

The secondary purpose is to harden Ubuntu against hackers and malicious software while staying unobtrusive which itself would require several more months of research and work.
