Major bug fix update!

I just uploaded a version of the program that had many bugs removed. Repositories are now added properly, I added a script to the program that will install/update TOR separately from everything else by choosing to install it again (since TOR updates erase all settings and saved content in the browser and the webupd8 repository may update it at any time without warning during any normal updates). I removed nvpy and set the 32 bit architecture to not be an option in Ubuntu 12.04 vecause it was not implemented in dpkg until version 12.10. I am still testing in Ubuntu 12.04 but will soon be done that. The only bugs remaining that i found were a few failed updates. These updates consist of 2 codecs, pidgin plugins and thunderbird plugins. I will get around to fixing that at a later date but continued testing in other Ubuntu versions will be completed first until I am sure I have full backwards compatibility up to version 12.04. So, what does this backwards compatibility stuff mean? Not much, just making sure people who did not upgrade to the latest Ubuntu version can still use this program and the potential for exporting it to other Debian based distros will be there with a quick addition to the function that reads the current version from a file.
