initial code upload

The git repository now contains the initial code submission. This is a direct upload of what I received from Hyperion. The first goal is to get it compiling with the ELDK from Denx, running under Linux, without trying to add new features, fix runtime bugs, or rearrange anything beyond "get this to compile with ELDK on Linux". It may also be interesting to try and compile this with ppc-amigaos-gcc under cygwin as a step toward ELDK compilation, as that is what Hyperion people claim to have used.
