#20 begin/end use find

begin() and end() functions in sparse matrices and
vectors find.

This provides a simple and regular implementation but
can have an unexpectedly high complexity!

Note. The uBLAS concepts explictly specify the complexity
is type dependant. NOT constant time as in similar STL
concepts.
