-F limits the total number of articles processed, regardless of
whether those articles were accepted or rejected.

I run ubh
scheduled on both W2K and Linux.

I would like to be able to
limit it to:

Only DL X total files.

Only DL Y total
file/group.

Only Process Z total groups and restart with the
next group the next time it runs.
