Nice looking module.

I can think of 2 possibilities why you're not seeing RFCOMM data:
1. Only RS232 data is going RFCOMM and your serial data link is mostly idle.
2. Both the Nexus 7 and the serial module have agreed an EDR (Enhanced Data
Rate) connection. The Ubertooth will see the low speed headers for these
packets but cannot change mode to capture the EDR data. (Google Ubertooth &
EDR for more info.)
