This spell ability allows the target (whom the spell was casted on) to identify scribable items.
By identifying, I mean the same thing as the Shop Event does when it "identifies" an item. But, of course, this is more limited. For future-proofing it would be ideal if user of this ability could identify scribable and/or usable or all items.
This spell is used outside of combat

This one is being downgraded to level 7 - it's mechanically not necessary for DC to work. It seems more of an atmosphere issue.
