#4 Global string search function

Like I mentioned in another forum, I'm an editor at the Codex of Editable Wisdom, and we could make much better use of this tool for research if it had a global search function. That would be a search function that looks for a particular string wherever it should be in all the text that appears in the game. Right now we have to know where to look for text to find it, but it would be better if any string could be located no matter which NPC said it, which sign it appeared on, or which book it appeared in, or whatever.
Originally I thought I'd like to implement this feature, but I see it's written in Delphi. I haven't even touched Pascal since I was sweating y2k, and I can't even figure out how to check it out of an CVS server. I wouldn't stand a chance.
