#12 Bubble Text list should pull from the bubble text directory

Should be able to configure the location of the bubble
text in the bits heirarchy and the list populated with
all the filenames that are in there. This would allow
the list to truly reflect what's available.

Probably need some kind of standard naming convention
for bubble text so that we know what each item is.
