[U4X-Vision] Beginnings of Vision

Hello,

I've just imported the beginnings of vision into CVS. It
can be found under the 'vision' module. At present there
isn't really all that much there other than an obfuscated
hello world program, but we can now implement the rest
of the classes from the spec and then gradually start
working in functionality.

Since I'm no C++ programmer, someone might want to give
everything a quick once-over to make sure there aren't
any stupid mistakes and that things are indeed headed in
the right direction. (I opted for class pointers instead
of nested classes).
