#2 Support telnet connections which open directly into Unidata

Support telnet or ssh connections which do not open
into a shell, but open directly into a Unidata session.
This involves skipping the environment setup, skipping
the change directory to the account directory, skip
waiting for the shell prompt, and using LOGTO after
login to go to the desired account.

Unidata comes with a telnet server, which has an often
used configuration wherein the telnet session goes
directly into a Unidata session. Also, some users may
have a .profile script which opens directly into
Unidata. In the latter case, the .profile script
should set up any environment variables needed by
Undata anyway, to the environment variable setup is not
needed anyway.
