HD-TFT Jessie image cant copy to USB

I installed your Jessie image to SD-card: working.
I copied the image to USB like I do it with every of my Raspis, no Success.
Your Jessie image doesn´t start.
Any idea why not? Is SD hard coded in the blob dt-blob?
