#29 usernames should be case insensitive

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 58 ``` Logging in, or talking to, or (insert here action where username is needed), should work with the username any CaSe. Example:

lonewolf Lonewolf LoneWolf

These three are obviously the same, so all should work... ```
