#22 Personal color

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 50 Feature request: when in ansi mode, all usernames appear in teal. It would be nice to let people choose their own color (for instance: .set mycolor green).

``` After issue #63 being implemented, this should simply change to an "enhancement" of the "recap" command: instead of simply letting "mrx" be "MrX" or "MRx", recap should let the recapped name be... "blue(MR)red(x)", for instance. ```
