#18 enhance documentation

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 39 ``` Hi there, please enhance the existing documentation, both in the code (by pointing out that more help can be found reading the Wiki) and in the wiki.

For the wiki, please add this page:
How To set up tzmud to act as a talker

1) Install and configure it the standard way (link here to README) 2) edit your configuration file to this settings allow_utf8 = True speechmode_default = True talkmode = True 3) Enjoy! :-) ```
