I was able to compile typhon on Mac using ifort 10.1.014

The -shared flag must be replaced with -dynamiclib flag for building shared libraries.

If I do 

make clean
make seq

then I can compile. But immediately after this, if I again do

make seq

I get an error

$ make seq

Note that I have not touched the code at all but it still it fails to link the second time. The "integration" which is in libt_main does not seem to be included.

There were publications about unsteady conjugate heat transfer using Typhon (even if it has not been widely mentionned).
There is no actual document about its structure, unfortunately. And we are currently working on spectral volume methods.
