ToxicWaste version 0.3.1 has been released. It is a very basic version; the core only. If you want to try it you should read the documentation: http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=22166&group_id=105468

After the code has been cleaned up, the work on the gui starts.
The webinterface is about to be build.
