#28 Controlling queries launched at application startup

Some queries for creating partition or subcorpus may take some time (if the corpus is large, or the query complex, etc.) This may lead to a very long startup time at the launching of Textométrie since all the queries defining partition / subcorpus for all the imported corpus are executed at the launching of the Textometrie.

It may be very convenient to have a "open/close corpus" feature, so that, at startup, queries are not launched for the corpus in "closed" state.
