[TwoLAME-discuss] Jump to ancillary bits

I want to read a layerII frame and skip all the bit allocation/scalefactors/samples stuff and 
getting straight to the ancillary bits.
I know in layerIII one can read the side information block and get the backpointer, then the size of 
part2+part3 (scalefactors/huffman codes/whatever) and jump to the ancillary bits.
Is there a simple way for doing this in layerII ?
