#60 Handsfree Mode

I request the ability to review the cards without
touching a key - suitable for cards in the new or drill
category. For example, while on a running machine or
other situation where just reviewing is required. Like
an autoscrolling ebook reader, a configurable timer
could be set to first show side 1, delay, show side 2
delay etc. or optionally show only one side.
