I can manage 06:00 - 07:00 UTC on Tue. I suppose it will be 07:00 – 08:00 UTC when DST is not in California? I’m fine that too. I drew the preferred times on an envelop: [cid:image001.jpg@01D45C92.73A1EF40] It looks like the only time suitable time is 06:00-07:00 UTC, but only during weekdays in Europe. However, Hideyo-san can only meet on weekends. Any suggestions? I hope it will end both in California and Europe. 3. I'd proposed to have the meeting on the third week (between 15th and 21st) considering the lower chance to be in a long weekend. Here are possible and sure causes of long weekends in each week of a month in Japan: 1st week: New year bank holidays (Dec 31 through Jan 3) Coming of Age Day (Second Monday in Jan) Golden week (Apr 29 through May 5) Culture Day (Nov 3) Sports Day (Second Monday in Oct) 2nd week: Coming of Age Day (Second Monday in Jan) National Foundation Day (Feb 11) Ocean Day (Third Monday in Jul) Mountain Day (Aug 11) Respect of the Aged Day (Third Monday in Sep) Sports Day (Second Monday in Oct) 3rd week: Vernal Equinox (Mar 19, 20, 21, or 22) Ocean Day (Third Monday in Jul) Respect of the Aged Day (Third Monday in Sep) 4th week: Autumnal Equinox (Sep 22, 23, or 24) Labor Thanksgiving Day (Nov 23) Best regards, Imazu -----Original Message----- From: Peter Thoeny [mailto:pe...@th...] Sent: Wednesday, September 19, 2018 17:12 To: TWiki-Dev list for developers Subject: [TWiki-Dev] TWiki Release Meeting Change All: I got feedback that we should move the time of meeting. 1. What time is good? We should find a time that works for Japan, Germany and California time, each about 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 around the world. For me anything between 9am and midnight is fine, e.g. between 16:00 and 07:00 UTC. 2. What day of the week is good? 3. Also, I recommend to meet just once per month instead of two times. Say we decide for Saturdays, it could be the first Saturday of the month. Let’s decide in this e-mail thread.
