In that interval, 16:00 UTC to 22:00 UTC (23:00 UTC if not in daylight
saving time) is fine for me, with a slight conflict at about 17:00
UTC to 19:00 UTC (traditional family supper time, which I prepare
frequently).  06:00-07:00 is possible, too, but not on weekends.

In the timeslot 16:00-22:00 UTC I don't mind the day of the week.  On
Saturday and Sunday, meetings should preferably not start before 09:00
UTC, from Monday to Friday starting at 06:00 UTC is fine, too.

Once a month is fine with me.  After all, we do have an online
collaboration tool at hand which works 24/7 :)
