All:

I got feedback that we should move the time of meeting.

1. What time is good? We should find a time that works for Japan, Germany and California time, each about 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 around the world. For me anything between 9am and midnight is fine, e.g. between 16:00 and 07:00 UTC.

2. What day of the week is good?

3. Also, I recommend to meet just once per month instead of two times. Say we decide for Saturdays, it could be the first Saturday of the month.
