[TWiki-Dev] TWiki.org server upgrade

Over the weekend I updated the OS of the twiki.org server. The TWiki version is still the same.

Edit and save work as expected, but user registration does not yet work. I’ll let you know when fixed.

I am also on the way to migrate develop.twiki.org to the new twiki.org server. I’ll update on progress. For now please hold off with svn checkins.
