[TWiki-Dev] Where to propose a UnitTestContrib/lib/Unit/TestCase.pm enhancement?

Hi,

With the UnitTestContrib, test_* functions on a test module are executed in a random order.
It's handy if the order of test function execution is predictable.
It's only a matter of inserting 'sort ' at one place on UnitTestContrib/lib/Unit/TestCase.pm.

Where/how should I propose this enhancement?
