#33 Twiggi email time date stamp

Using Twiggi 1.10.3 on SME 5.1.2

I am not sure if this is a bug or a design issue.

Time and Date for emails viewed in Twiggi are the time
and date they are opened by the user, not the time the
message was received.

Viewing the same email using IMP Webmail on the
same server, email messages show the time and date
they arrived, not the time they are first viewed.

Note the full header does reveal the true time the
message was sent by the sending SMTP server.
