V0.4 of the Tcl Windows API Extension adds clipboard access, network configuration and handle management amongst other new functions. TWAPI provides access to over 250 Windows API functions.

V0.3 of the Tcl Windows API Extension adds Windows event log access, hotkey support, INI file handling and many other new functions. TWAPI not provides access to over 225 Windows API functions.
