#216 Cannot load twapi from vfs in starpack

I would like to load twapi from the vfs in a starpack. It will not load directly from the vfs because the twapi tcl scripts must run from the same folder from which the dll is loaded. Generally, when loading a dll a starpack first copies the dll from the vfs into a temporary folder in the host file system. But it does not copy the twapi tcl scripts so they cannot be found in the same folder and we fail to load twapi. I get around this by a tedious process of first copying the entire twapi folder, including the tcl scripts, from the vfs to a host folder of my choice. This also requires that I rename twapi's pkgIndex.tcl file in the vfs and then rename it back in the host folder after copying twapi to the host. Rather kludgy to say the least. Can you fix the problem so that twapi can be loaded from the starpack vfs just like any other package?

Please use the "bin" version of twapi for use in starkits and starpacks (https://sourceforge.net/projects/twapi/files/Current%20Releases/Tcl%20Windows%20API/twapi-4.7.2/twapi-bin-4.7.2.zip/download)
