#212 Update tcl::vfs to trunk in tclkit executable

thanks for great starkit file:
tclkit-cli-8_6_12-twapi-4_7_2-x64-max.exe

Would it possible to update the included tclvfs to the current trunk?

My use-case is to use the ooxml package (to write Excel files), which requires tclvfs::zip 1.4.2.
I fear, I can not update it by a self compiled version, as it is integrated in.

We will leave all this starkit stuff with TCL8.7 once it is here and we will use zip-files only.

Please take your time or ignore it, all is ok.

I have made tests with ooxml. Anything I need works with the tclvfs::zip included in the current file (Version 1.0.4).
So there is no need for action, and this is a "nice to have".
