#5 Allow custom channel names

Right now, the channel names that are visible in the UI are the channel names that are sent to ivtv-tune. It could be great to add a second column in settings.txt, which would be an alias (that is displayed in the UI). So the channels in settings.txt could be listed like this:
12 BBC
13 ITV
14 Sky News
15 Sky Sports 1
etc... where the first column (channel ID) is sent to ivtv-tune, and the second column (channel name) is displayed in the UI.
