#1 (Re)Store flags of VideoProcAmp Settings

Not exactly a patch, but there's only options.cpp
changed so I post the whole file.
The flags of the VideoProcAmp settings were not stored
to registry and overridden with 'Manual' on startup. This
has been fixed. The flags are now stored and restored.
