Why is every time I upgrade I need to reload all my highlighters? Are you an asshole or just stupid?

The latest version, 0.5.4.0, moved all configuration files to the current users AppData folder (Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\TVG on Vista, Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\TVG on WinXP) so that they will persist between TVG upgrades.
