#11 Not Operational on Win 7 64bit

I've used TVG on my Vista 64bit systems with no problem but cannot get it to operate on Win7 64bit. XMLTV (latest version) won't load even after copying the code directly into the TVG directory and manually updating the settings. . (XMLTV works with Pocket TV Browser on the same system).
