When I run the gendocs.sh script I get an error with the installation path:

! LaTeX Error: File `/home/ross/MY_CODE/TuxShop/HELP/basics.tex' not found

Then a little later I get errors when it goes to copy the generated docs based on the incorrect path:

texexpand: include /home/ross/MY_CODE/TuxShop/HELP/basics.tex failed. Reinserting command

texexpand: include /home/ross/MY_CODE/TuxShop/HELP/advance.tex failed. Reinserting command

texexpand: include /home/ross/MY_CODE/TuxShop/HELP/prefs.tex failed. Reinserting command

texexpand: include /home/ross/MY_CODE/TuxShop/HELP/admin.tex failed. Reinserting command

texexpand: include /home/ross/MY_CODE/TuxShop/HELP/custom.tex failed. Reinserting command

texexpand: include /home/ross/MY_CODE/TuxShop/HELP/license.tex failed. Reinserting command

Also at the end of the script I get a few other errors. It doesn't seem to be related to the path error or a critical bug, the script seems to finish:

Unknown commands: geometry
