#3 No music under FC3

I am using a custom built 2.6.11.2 kernel with FC3, and
apart from the missing music, the program runs fine.
The error message is:

music/wonrace1-jt.it: Unrecognized music format

Every other game/program using sound is perfect, but
then again, I don't think .it format music is rife in
Linux :-)

Does ALSA handle .it now, or is it still OSS??
