If you want to keep all the old history stuff, I guess you may have
to get someone at SourceForge to do it - but those guys are pretty
busy (SourceForge has *EXPLODED* in popularity).

If you can live without all your old history - it's easy to just
follow the information Joel Utting wrote on setting up your CVS
stuff.  That's somewhere in the SourceForge documentation.  I set
up PLIB's CVS in about 10 minutes flat.
