#9 Configuration Options and Local Documentation

As such, tuxracer seems to provide no configuration
options, later coming to the sf site or home-page could
discover that configuration file is present in ~/.tuxracer.

For a game like tuxracer the configuration options
should be available from the game itself.

Also the information about the controls like pressing
Up key increases the speed _until_ it is in the yellow
zone. When under yellow zone pressing up arrow
decreases the speed. This was known from the tuxracer
home page., but never came to know from game itself.

If a person does not have internet connected and does
not bother to look up the Home Page or FAQs, it would
be really difficult for him to know about these things.
( Tux racer comes along with Fedora Preinstalled) Some
Local Documentation in the form of help should be provided.
