Hi, I was going through the ideas page of Tux4Kids for GSoC. I am interested on working on re-factoring of Tux Paint audio. I believe the idea mentioned on the ideas page is related to adding sound configuration infrastructure for the Tux Paint config tool. I believe the following features can be provided by the sound configuration tool. (currently it supports only enabling and disabling of the sound effects) - Add custom sounds for different actions, like mouse click for different tools in Tux Paint. - Create different sound themes for the Tux Paint activity and allow the user to select some of them. I believe the ideas page also mentions about re-factoring the audio service used in Tux Paint so that it can be abstracted into a separate module which can directly handle the input/output regarding the audio. It would be great if someone could help out if I am correctly able to understand the ideas mentioned on the ideas page, and if Tux Paint community interested in seeing this project getting implemented this summer, depending upon the priority of the tasks.
